Blackbird The Collective, LLC is a faith-guided real estate and development organization devoted to the restoration of both properties and people. The company serves as the parent entity to Blackbird Building Group LLC, Blackbird Real Estate Holdings LLC, and Blackbird Properties LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management firm.

Through its construction division, Blackbird Building Group LLC, specializes in the rehabilitation and construction of residential housing. Many of the homes we improve are our own investments, and we approach each one with the same level of care and pride—whether it will be rented or purchased. Every property we provide is prepared with the intention that its residents feel secure, respected, and at home.

Blackbird Real Estate Holdings, LLC, in partnership with Blackbird Properties, LLC, acquires and manages long-term real estate investments while also providing brokerage and professional property management services to homeowners, tenants, and investors. From the first conversation forward, we strive to treat every individual with the attentiveness and respect we would offer our own family.

Blackbird was founded on the belief that real estate can be a meaningful vehicle for community impact, and that everyone deserves access to safe, affordable, and well-maintained housing, regardless of where they are in life. Our work is guided by the goal of improving not only properties, but also entire neighborhoods and the lives connected to them.

In addition to traditional services, Blackbird The Collective, LLC, offers short-term housing solutions for traveling professionals, members of the military, nurses, and individuals transitioning from rehabilitation or medical care who need a stable place to regain independence.
