Blackbird The Collective, LLC is a faith-guided real estate and development organization devoted to the restoration of properties and people alike. Through our construction, real estate acquisition, and property management divisions, we build, improve, acquire, and care for housing, from long-term rentals to short-term stays, while creating stable spaces for individuals, families, and communities.

Blackbird Building Group, our construction division, rehabilitates and builds residential housing, much of it from our own investment portfolio. Whether a home will be rented or sold, we prepare it with the same care, so that every resident feels secure, respected, and at home.

Blackbird Real Estate Holdings and Blackbird Properties work in partnership to acquire and manage long-term investments while providing full-service brokerage and property management to homeowners, tenants, and investors. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we treat every person with the attentiveness we would offer our own family.

Beyond traditional services, we also provide short-term housing for traveling professionals, military members, nurses, and individuals transitioning from rehabilitation or medical care who need a stable place to regain their footing.

Blackbird was founded on a simple conviction: everyone deserves access to safe, affordable, well-maintained housing, and improving homes means improving the neighborhoods and lives around them.
